How long does custom furniture production take?
Typical production lead time ranges from 7 to 25 working days depending on product complexity, board grade, finish (laminate vs veneer), and delivery location.
Can I provide my own Pinterest or Instagram image reference?
Yes! Our Design-to-Order service allows you to upload any reference image or sketch. We create an equivalent custom-engineered original product.
What is the payment milestone structure?
We use milestone payments: 30% on order confirmation, 40% when manufacturing starts, 20% before dispatch, and 10% after doorstep installation completion.
What plywood grades do you use?
We explicitly specify IS 303:2024 for general purpose commercial plywood and IS 710:2024 for waterproof marine BWP plywood.
Who takes responsibility for final dimensions?
If you provide your own dimensions, final fitment is subject to your inputs. However, if you select our paid on-site measurement service, Furbil takes full responsibility for dimension accuracy.
Do you provide doorstep delivery and installation?
Yes, all orders include protective multi-layer packaging, doorstep transport, and on-site assembly by trained installation technicians.
