Standardized Material System
We don't use vague terms like "premium wood". Our specifications state exact BIS quality standards, wood grades, laminate thickness, and hardware series.
Solid Wood
Teak, Sheesham, Mango Wood, Acacia, Rubberwood, Oak
Advantages: Premium appearance, long life (20+ years), repairable, natural grain patterns.
Considerations: Expensive, heavier weight, natural movement due to moisture.
Best Recommended For: Dining tables, dining sets, dining benches, bed frames, accent chairs.
Plywood
Commercial MR, BWR, BWP Marine Plywood
Advantages: High structural strength, moisture resistance, dimensional stability for Indian weather.
Considerations: Higher cost than MDF/Particle board.
Best Recommended For: Custom TV units, wardrobes, modular kitchens, beds, storage cabinets.
Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF)
Interior Grade & Exterior Grade MDF
Advantages: Smooth surface, ideal for CNC engraving, painted finishes, and fluted panel designs.
Considerations: Swells if exposed to standing water (unless BWP grade).
Best Recommended For: Cabinet fronts, CNC wall panels, decorative bedroom headboards, painted furniture.
Particle Board / Engineered Board
Pre-laminated Particle Board
Advantages: Budget-friendly, lightweight, uniform density, ideal for flat-pack modular items.
Considerations: Lower load-bearing capacity than plywood.
Best Recommended For: Budget office desks, temporary shelving, modular wardrobes.
Veneers & Decorative Laminates
Natural Wood Veneer, High-Pressure Laminates (Matte, Gloss, Acrylic)
Advantages: Huge variety of wood textures, stone finishes, anti-fingerprint surfaces.
Considerations: Requires precise edge banding.
Best Recommended For: Surface finishing on plywood/MDF cabinets, TV consoles, dining surfaces.
Hardware & Fittings
Soft-Close Hinges, Telescopic Channels, Tandem Boxes, Gas Lifts
Advantages: Smooth silent operation, prevents door slamming, long durability.
Considerations: Slight price upgrade over basic hardware.
Best Recommended For: All drawer channels, wardrobe sliding doors, kitchen cabinets.
