1. Delivery Access Check

Please ensure your building allows furniture delivery via service lift or staircase. If items require hoisting through balcony windows, notify our team prior to dispatch.

2. Protective Packaging

All furniture pieces are wrapped in multi-layer protective foam, bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, and stretch film to eliminate transit scratches.
