Terms of Service & Custom Order Contract

1. Dimension Responsibility

Final approved dimensions are the customer's responsibility after sign-off, unless Furbil on-site measurement service was booked. Please ensure room entryways, staircases, and lifts accommodate the ordered product sizes.

2. Custom Order Non-Refundability

Made-to-order furniture is tailored specifically to your dimensions and choice of materials. Once production commences after the 30% advance confirmation, orders cannot be canceled for full cash refunds.

3. Material Variation

Natural solid wood (Teak, Sheesham) and natural veneers exhibit organic grain and color variations. These are inherent characteristics of real wood and not manufacturing defects.
